Description
The ELVIAL W59 SI² is a high-performance opening aluminium system designed to withstand diverse climatic conditions while offering a cohesive aesthetic identity. Inspired by the Mediterranean landscape and the need to balance antagonistic elements, this system serves as a robust solution for both bustling capital cities and coastal environments. It is available in two distinct aesthetic editions: the CE Edition (European Groove) and the ML Edition (Multilock), allowing for design flexibility with options for both Linear and Rounded profiles to suit various architectural styles.
At the core of the system lies the ELVIAL I² Innovative Insulation Technology. This advanced thermal break system creates an extra insulation zone within the middle chamber of the profile, significantly boosting energy performance. The thermal insulation is further enhanced by 24mm wide insulating bars, glazing gaskets with fins that minimize heat transfer under the glazing zone, and a foam insulating profile fitted at the perimeter of the glazing.
The system features a Total Sealing System designed to secure the interior against extreme weather. This includes an optimal 3-level waterproofing strategy utilizing specially designed EPDM and co-extruded gaskets. Critical sealing points are reinforced with vulcanized EPDM corners to ensure maximum sealing at the edges, and a special EPDM accessory is utilized for adjoining profile end caps in double sash typologies, rendering the construction practically impermeable.

Finishes & Colors
The system utilizes ELVIAL Pre-Anodizing 2in1 technology, which combines the benefits of anodizing and powder coating. The profiles undergo a pre-anodizing process that creates a protective anodic substrate, followed by serial painting with Class 2 Super Durable powder coatings. This process ensures the profiles are “Sea Proof Plus,” offering maximum resistance to corrosion and solar radiation.

- Powder Coating: Class 2 Super Durable (3 times more resistant to sun radiation).
